BIG BAND SUNDAY is on Oct. 19th,, 2025 from 7-9pm featuring Moonlight Swing Living History Big Band, at the Carmichael Elks Lodge 5631 Cypress Ave., Carmichael, CA .

October is here and AUTUMN is in full gear so here are your new orders … All of you GHOSTS, GOBLINS and TRICKSTERS should TREAT yourselves to an evening out dancing and listening to the music of Moonlight Swing Living History Big Band. Now that HALLOWEEN is approaching Moonlight Swing will SCARE up some tunes that made the Big Band era of the 1940's so popular. Moonlight Swing will recreate the sights and sounds of the Glenn Miller band of WW II by performing favorites like In the Mood, String of Pearls, Pennsylvania6-5000, and many more. So make your plans to enjoy a slice of history while you dance your troubles away. Doors open at 630pm and the fun starts at 7pm so get there early for the best seating.
