Big Al’s Walk & Talk — Monthly Community Walk at Lake EsmondCome and join the Ballarat community for Big Al’s Walk & Talk — a relaxed monthly walk around Lake Esmond supporting men’s mental health and connection.
We meet every second Sunday of the month, starting at 10am, for a casual stroll — do a lap or two, or just one. Whatever feels right for you. The focus is simply getting out, moving, and having an open space to chat and support one another.
After the walk, stay for a BBQ brunch and conversation — everyone is welcome and there’s no pressure or expectations.
