Join us on the first Friday of each month from January-March for Bierstacheln, the centuries-old German tradition involving heating a hot metal poker over fire and inserting it into a glass of bier.
The hot poker rapidly caramelizes residual malt sugars in the bier and creates a creamy foam while slightly reducing the carbonation and warming the bier. Come and try it for yourself! We'll have two doppelbocks available to be poked.
