From August 26 to 31, it’s going to be Bierock Burger Week, when we’re debuting the Paniolo Burger, a.k.a. the Hawaiian Cowboy burger.
Chef Cordel’s latest creation takes a 1/3 pound all-beef patty from Jenifer Street Market topped with candied jalapeños, caramelized onions & pineapple, yellow cheddar and Teriyaki sauce on a pretzel bun.
It’s a little bit sweet, savory and spicy all at the same time.
So join us for six straight days of exceptional burger creativity leading up to the holiday.
