Releasing on Saturday, June 29 at our Milton Brewery in 500ml bottles, Biere de Coupage: Le Rouge (7.5% ABV) is a Farmhouse Ale brewed with raspberries and cherries. Something old, something new. This rustic farmhouse ale is the amalgam of a zesty Belgian-style saison fermented with raspberries and Montmorency cherries and a mixed-culture golden ale aged 3 years in French Oak barrels.
