The Biennial Okefenokee Science Symposium brings together researchers, students, conservation professionals, and community members to explore the state of the science in the Okefenokee Swamp ecosystem. This interdisciplinary event highlights cutting-edge research across a wide range of specific fields with emphasis on hydrology, ecology, biodiversity, and the human dimensions of this incredible wetland system.
Hosted by the College of Coastal Georgia, this symposium aims to advance understanding through collaboration, dialogue, and shared discovery.
