Bido is a Vietnamese artist born and raised in Little Saigon. They graduated from UCI with a masters degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, often incorporating their scientific and medical background into their writing.They draw influence from auteurs such as Tarkovsky, Lynch, Kar-wai, and Cronenberg—and artists such as Labi Siffre, Jeff Buckley, Stephen Malkmus, and Zelooperz.
Their accomplishments include placing second in the first grade spelling bee and several publications in various independent literary and mixed media journals.
