Join Golden-Fowler Home Furnishings for an evening of exceptional food, community connection, and charitable giving at the inaugural Bid for the Better fundraiser benefiting the Zonta Club of Traverse City.

The evening begins with a cocktail reception featuring refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, giving guests the opportunity to mingle while exploring a curated silent auction filled with unique Northern Michigan experiences, local services, golf outings, dining packages, wine tours, and more.

Guests will then enjoy a chef-curated dinner prepared by Sugar2Salt, showcasing fresh, locally sourced ingredients from Northern Michigan farmers and producers.

Following dinner, local auctioneer Wayne Bancroft will take the stage for an exciting live auction featuring premium furnishings generously donated by some of our top vendor partners, including Bassett, Smith Brothers, Fjords, Rowe, and more. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on beautiful home furnishings, including a complete bedroom set, handcrafted recliners, designer chairs, entertainment pieces, and Amish-made accent furniture. Many live auction items will open with bids starting at just $100, making it easy to participate while supporting a great cause.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Zonta Club of Traverse City, whose mission is to empower women and girls through advocacy, education, and community service.
