Join us for a relaxing and healing Sound Bath session in Bicester Oxfordshire led by a qualified Sound Practitioner. Aftercare support is available.

How It Works: Sound healing uses vibration resonance and entrainment to promote well-being. It bypasses the mind reaching deep into your system to aid healing with every session offering a different experience.

Best Experience Tips:

• Book in advance
• Bring water yoga mat pillow and blanket (contact us if you need supplies)
• Switch off your phone arrive early and wear comfortable clothes
• No chatting during the session except at the sharing time
• Relax and enjoy the sound journey

Who Is It For? Safe for most people but please note contraindications: epilepsy pacemakers recent surgeries or severe mental illness. Contact us if you're pregnant terminally ill or have ear/balance issues.

Session Details:

• Led by a qualified Sound Practitioner
• 45-minute session + 15-minute sharing time
• Yoga mats pillows and blankets provided (feel free to bring your own)
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring water

• Doors open at 6:45 pm (please arrive early)
• Doors lock at 6:55 pm—late arrivals cannot be admitted
