🎭 The Bible Players Improv Weekend: Torah, Comedy & Connection!
We’re thrilled to welcome The Bible Players for a special weekend of joyful learning, interactive improv, and sacred comedy that brings Torah to life! The Bible Players are a Torah comedy team that uses theater, storytelling, and improvisation to infuse Jewish values and sacred texts with humor and meaning for audiences of all ages. They’ve toured across the U.S., performing in 30+ states and creating unforgettable experiences for children, adults, and families alike.
🕯️ Friday, April 10 — Family Shabbat Laughter
7:00 PM – KabbaLOT of Laughs Shabbat
A family-friendly Shabbat experience blending worship, Torah, and comedy. The Bible Players lead a spirited, interactive service that encourages participation and celebrates creativity and community.
8:00 PM – Oneg & Workshop
Enjoy a brief Oneg/Kiddush, followed by an optional open improv workshop — fun, interactive, and perfect for all who want to play with creativity!
📖 Saturday, April 11 — Torah, Tefilah & Improv
10:00 – 10:40 AM – Feel the Tefilah (Interactive kids & parent service, Ages 5–12)
Engaging prayer with playful explorations of Jewish ritual and meaning.
10:40 – 11:30 AM – Potluck Brunch
Bring a dish and share a delicious community meal!
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Studying & Improv-ing Together
Adult text study and improv workshop — dive into Torah together in conversation and play.
~6:00/6:30 PM – Havdalah + Adult “UnKosher” Comedy Show (Rated Reish)
Doors open around 6:00 PM, followed by Havdalah and then an adults-only comedy performance.
Heavy appetizers, drinks, and childcare provided.

Members & Affiliates: $18 per adult / $10 per child (childcare)
Non‑Members & Guests: $20 per adult / $12 per child (childcare)
