BHS Stages 2 & 3 - Care Training with Danny Anholt FBHS

Working towards your BHS Stage 2 or Stage 3 Care Assessment? Or perhaps you train candidates at these levels and want to refine and standardise your own coaching?
We’ve created a friendly, practical training day to support you every step of the way.
As equestrians, caring for horses and ponies is at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re starting your career as a groom or progressing towards coaching and mentoring others, building strong knowledge and hands-on skills is essential for both equine welfare and your own confidence.

What to expect
With expert guidance from Danny Anholt FBHS, an experienced BHS Assessor, you will:
Gain a clear understanding of what each assessment involves
Take part in practical, hands-on learning
Have plenty of opportunities to ask questions
Our aim is to help you feel prepared, confident, and ready to achieve your qualification.

Session Times & Prices
Stage 2 Care: 9:30am – 12:30pm — £40
Stage 3 Care: 1:00pm – 4:00pm — £40
Full Day (Both Sessions): 9:30am – 4:00pm — £70
There will also be an opportunity to have elements of your Stage 2 or Stage 3 Care Skills Record signed off on the day. If you’d like to take part, please remember to bring your Skills Record book with you. Sign-off will only be given where the required standard is met.
