BHANGRA & BEATS IS BACK FOR 2026!
San Francisco’s biggest South Asian cultural celebration brings its “Bhangra meets Bay Area energy” to one of downtown’s most iconic arts destinations for the first time—landing at Yerba Buena Gardens.
This FREE event will transform Yerba Buena Gardens, Jessie Square, and Yerba Buena Lane into a vibrant festival of music, dance, food, and culture.
At the heart of it all is the vibrant Bhangra & Beats atmosphere, a family-friendly celebration where traditional Punjabi rhythms meet Bay Area energy. Non Stop Bhangra collective will once again lead the experience with its signature mix of interactive dance lessons, beautiful performances, live dhol drumming, DJs, and an open dance floor, all flowing into a lively marketplace with food vendors, local makers, community activations, restaurant and bar specials, and family-friendly activities.
Presented by Into The Streets and Non Stop Bhangra, in partnership with Yerba Buena Partnership, the Mayor’s Office of Daniel Lurie, the San Francisco Office of Economic and Workforce Development, and Yerba Buena Gardens Festival, with support from The Svane Family Foundation Fund Culture Forward Grant Program.
