You're Invited: Community Kirtan at the Somatic Wisdom Institute🕖 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Come as you are and join Prem, Jeff, Lea, Susanne and Kristin for an evening of heart-opening Kirtan — meditative practice of chanting and community connection.
We'll share sacred chants from a variety of traditions, including Buddhist and Sikh lineages, in a welcoming and inclusive space. Many of the chants are call-and-response and all are easy to follow — no experience needed, just your voice and your presence.
