Terms and Conditions 

By registering for and participating in the event –Bhaag Meri Jaan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

• Participation is open to individuals aged 10 years and above.
• The organiser reserves the right to verify the age or identity at any stage of the event.
• The participants acknowledge that they are physically and medically fit to take part in the category of their choice.
• Participants are solely responsible for any health-related issues, injuries or accidents that may occur before, during or after the event. The organizer cannot be held responsible for the same.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by the volunteers/officials before and during the run.
• Any form of misconduct, unsupportive behaviour or obstruction of other participants can lead to disqualification.
• Participants must wear the official bib provided to them during the run.This will help track the timing and search pictures after the event.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, public unrest or any force majeure situation, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, delay or cancel the event. In such cases, the participants will be communicated about refunds or the option to opt-out in case of postponing.
• No refunds or transfers will be provided once registration is done except in case of event cancellation.
• Participants who fail to collect their bibs on the collection day (mentioned in the description) or do not attend the event on the main date will not be eligible for refunds.
• By participating, you grant permission for your name, photographs, video recordings, and any other media taken during the event to be used for event promotion, marketing, or future publications without compensation.
• All event media remains the property of the organizer.
• Be assured that your data will not be sold to third parties unrelated to the event's organization.
• We request you to maintain cleanliness, dispose of waste responsibly and respect the environment throughout the event.
• We request you to keep your ID proof (Digital/Hard Copy) with you for verification purposes.

Waiver Statement 

You are voluntarily participating with full knowledge of the inherent risks involved 

The organiser sponsors partners volunteers and any associated parties shall not be held liable for any injury loss damage or unforeseen circumstances arising from participation.
