FlowWell Yoga , home to Black Folx Wellness Collective, is proud to bring their signautre offering, Sunday Soul Flow, to Union Market DC. Desgined with practice, play, community, and communion in mind-- Sunday Soul Flow combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and that at grandmas kitchen table; the bliss of movement and breath, of grace and mercy.

About Black Folx Wellness Collective and FlowWell Yoga:

serves as the home of the , offering inclusive and accessible yoga practices tailored to the diverse needs of our community. Through yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness programs, we promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

The Black Folx Wellness Collective, found in 2022, is a dc based non-profit organization with a mission to create to create space for Black folxs to be well and to nurture and fortify the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our ever growing community.

Event Details:

- Location: FlowWell Yoga (1325 5th ST NE Suite H Washington, D.C. 20002 - inside WØRK DC Fitness)

- Date and Time: Select Sundays (Find )

- Times: Morning sessions from 7:30 to 8:30 am and evening sessions from 6:30 to 7:30pm

- Admission: $10 for non-members and FREE for Members

What to Expect:

Led by experienced instructors from FlowWell Yoga, our Sunday Soul Flow sessions combines the ancient wisdom of yoga and that at grandmas kitchen table; the bliss of movement and breath, of grace and mercy. Class will be fun and playful, grace-filled, and justice-oriented.

How to Register:

Registration is required for Sunday Soul Flow sessions. Please reserve your spot by registering here on Eventbrite or through Space will fill up quickly so be sure to secure your spot early!
