BFTLDN X Go Go Glow: Black Girl Run Club | Summer Night Run

This summer, join us for a special night-time edition of Black Girl Run Club at Regents Park, a run space created by and for Black women to feel safe, supported and seen!

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned runner, this session is all about moving at your own pace, building community, and celebrating our joy, strength, and softness – one step at a time.

We’ll start with a warm-up, followed by a group run (with different pace options), and end with stretch + time to connect over post-run drinks to celebrate.

The run will be hosted by Michigan Buckley of Go Go Glow to bring you a feel-good, no-pressure run that’s as much about community as it is about fitness.

Expect good vibes, real connections, and an uplifting experience that will leave you feeling strong and energised!

Final meet-up location and route to be shared one week before the run!
