BFT Menlo Park Community Workout Nealon Park

Join us for a free community workout with BFT Menlo Park! This session is open to all fitness levels and is a great opportunity to experience our training style, meet the community, and get a great workout in.

We will be located at Nealon Park Auxiliary Field. Please arrive around 5:15 PM to check in and get set up before we begin.
