Mac and Hanna Traynham are a talented father/daughter duo from Floyd County, Virginia. Both are multi-instrumentalists known for their delightful playing and singing. Mac is an accomplished luthier who carries the traditional sound of old-time music of the original people of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest Virginia. (His Sunny Mountain Serenaders played for us in 2015.) Hanna also is an accomplished ceramic artist, occasionally designing intricate inlays for the instruments Mac builds. They each devote countless hours to teaching young musicians. More info: http://mactraynham.com/music/
