BFL x VOLO Sports New England Tryouts

Think you’ve got what it takes?
Join the Beach Football League and VOLO Sports for a two-day football and sports festival experience designed to identify the next athletes who will represent the Boston Generals and Newport Admirals at the BFL’s Labor Day Weekend showcase at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island.
On Saturday, July 18, athletes will compete in a series of football-specific combine challenges, speed and agility drills, position work, and sand-based competitions while enjoying everything VOLO has to offer. Throughout the day, participants can take part in pickleball, cornhole, bocce, and other interactive games while enjoying live DJs, food and beverage offerings, sponsor activations, and a high-energy beach festival atmosphere.
NFL alumni, coaches, and BFL representatives will evaluate athletes throughout the day, selecting standout players for the Boston Generals vs. Newport Admirals Scrimmage on Sunday, July 19 at Carson Beach.

- Men’s Flag Football
- Women’s Flag Football
- Co-Ed Flag Football
Athletes will have the opportunity to earn roster spots, compete for cash prizes and giveaways, and potentially be selected to participate in future BFL events.
Families are encouraged to attend. A FREE youth football clinic and kids camp will be offered earlier in the day, giving young athletes a chance to learn skills, meet players and coaches, and experience the excitement of the BFL.
