We’re building something fierce—Built for Gains Spartans, BFG Spartans is a voluntary crew of driven, relentless, goal oriented people invested in taking on the first 5K (3.1 mile) Obstacle Course Race this September 21st in the Badlands, with us. (Approx. 3 hour drive from Chicago)
The goal? Crush the course together. Share the challenge. Earn the finish line. Build camaraderie, community, and a strong network.
While originally conceived to be a part of Belfor, Built for Gains Spartans is a networking fitness group with Nova Clean Chem-Dry. This has always been an idea we wanted to start with our community.

If you’d like to run, we would like to have you with us, visit Spartan.com. Click find a race. Select 2025 Midwest Spartan Trifecta Weekend at Badlands in Attica, Indiana. Get tickets for the Spartan Sprint 5K Sunday September 21st 2025 12pm to 3pm Open, (the Red Race). Suggested start time 12 noon. Once you have the ticket you can choose the option to run with a team. Look for BFG Spartans from Chicago and Join us. The start time will change to the team’s start time which is currently pending.

Injury is possible. Run at your own risk. This is completely voluntary and not mandatory. I ran multiple Spartan Races 10 yrs ago with paramedics, EMTs, and our Supervisors. It was a great bonding experience that seeded many relationships. I wish to convey this forward.
