THE WORKOUT EXPERIENCE
We'll kick things off with a fun group warm-up to get everyone moving and comfortable.
From there, we'll jump into an interactive workout featuring a mix of group exercises, partner challenges, and fun fitness activities designed to get everyone involved and connecting along the way.
Whether you're working together with a partner, participating as a group, or trying something new, the focus is on having fun, sharing an experience, and meeting new people.
We'll finish with a group cool-down and stretch before transitioning into the social hour.
No workout experience necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.
