NOTICE OF 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (For BF Members Only)

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Buddhist Fellowship ("BF") will be held as follows:

Date: Sunday, 10 May 2026

Time: 2 pm – 4 pm

Venue: BF Lavender

Address: 310 Lavender Street, Singapore 338815

Kindly note that the AGM will be held solely on-site with no on-line components.

We would appreciate it if you could register your attendance for the AGM with us via latest by noon on Saturday 9 May 2026, to facilitate logistical preparations.

Candidates for the election are to collect and submit completed nomination forms obtained from BF Lavender, latest by noon on Sunday 3 May 2026 (the date of nomination).

Note:

- Every person who intends to vote must have been a valid Ordinary Member of at least the twelve months immediately preceding the date of nomination. Every voter shall not be in arrears of membership subscriptions as at the date of nomination.

- Every candidate must have been a valid Ordinary Member for at least the twelve months immediately preceding the date of nomination. Every candidate and his or her respective proposer and seconder shall not be in arrears of membership subscriptions as at the date of nomination.
