Emma Clayton is a life, leadership & career success strategist, Time Out Retreat Host and podcaster at The Modern LeadHer Way. She works with women in corporate to reach their leadership potential with real confidence so that they can make a difference and thrive both in and out of work. As a 20-year ex-corporate director she now blends coaching & mentoring through the lens of neuroscience, emotional intelligence and somatic therapy to help her clients remember who they were before the corporate conditioning so she can redefine success on her terms and live a life she loves.
