An enchanting evening gala will take place on Saturday, 6/27, at a beautiful black-box theatre in Hollywood, California, featuring Belladonna Boheme, Ken Vegas, and an incredibly electrifying lineup of performers from Southern California! Full cast to be announced soon, so buckle up, because it is going to be good!

Femme Fatale – Bohemian Belly Dance Fusion Fragments (All Levels)

Step into your flirty and fierce. This workshop explores Fusion Fragments—short, expressive choreography pieces that blend mood and technique, designed to link seamlessly into Boho’s cued group improvisation and other lead/follow styles. Femme Fatale draws on both the playful, seductive side and the sharp, powerful edge of Bohemian Belly Dance, offering fragments that feel bold, confident, and deliciously dangerous. Expect juicy technique, clear intention, and plenty of room for personality. Belladonna has been developing this signature fragment-based fusion style for over 17 years and is thrilled to share the tools, textures, and magic that bring Femme Fatale to life—on stage, in improv, and in your own movement voice.

Armed & Ready – Boho Blade: The Art of Balance (All Levels)

Body balancing is one of the biggest crowd-pleasers in sword belly dance—and this workshop is all about doing it with confidence, control, and style. Armed & Ready focuses on setting yourself up for success with strong, reliable head-balancing technique, paired with a variety of arm patterns and pathways designed to free you from what we call “oh shit” arms. You’ll learn to move with intention rather than tension, creating shapes that feel powerful, poised, and purposeful. This class emphasizes practical skills you can use immediately, helping you build trust in your balance while cultivating calm, grounded presence. Practice the art of balance and step into sword work that looks fearless, elegant, and fully in command.

Power Poses & Pathways: A Boho Blade Held Technique Workshop (All Levels)

Known for its wide range of grips and an extensive vocabulary of held techniques, Boho Blade has been dancing on the edge since 2000. In this workshop, Belladonna—creatrix of the style—breaks down some of the most popular and practical Boho Blade held techniques, focusing on strong shapes, intentional pathways, and commanding presence. This class is rooted in the Boho ethos of Powerful Purposeful Presentation. When you pick up a sword, you’re picking up more than a piece of metal—you’re answering a call to your warrior side. Learn to work with and maneuver your sword with precision and confidence, and discover how held technique becomes both a statement and a story. Belladonna is excited to help you wield your weapon well.

Double Sword Technique – Boho Blade Workshop (Previous Sword Experience Required)

Double Sword is Belladonna’s specialty. Inspired by her roots in medieval reenactment and a lifelong love of the feel and power of two swords, she has been innovating double-sword belly dance for nearly 20 years. The Boho Blade Style was the first of its kind to include an extensive held-and-balanced lexicon for dual swords, offering dancers clear structure alongside expressive freedom. In this workshop, you’ll explore practical techniques, coordination, strength, and presence—learning how to move with confidence.
