Join Rockford Wellness Foundation for our March edition of The Classroom™, a special St. Patrick’s Day event titled “Beyond the Shamrock: The Truth About Environmental Toxins.”Not everything green is clean. In this educational and empowering class, we’ll uncover what environmental toxins really are, where they hide in our everyday lives, and how they may be impacting hormones, energy, immune health, and overall wellness. From food and water to household products and personal care items, many exposures happen quietly and consistently — but the good news is that small, informed changes can make a big difference.
You’ll learn:
• What environmental toxins actually are
• The most common hidden sources in food, water, and the home
• How toxins can affect hormones and long-term health
• Practical, realistic steps to reduce your exposure
To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, we’ll also be serving healthy green drinks and nourishing seasonal bites 🍀
