Join ME-RAP and partners from across Maine for a powerful, hands-on reentry simulation paired with networking opportunities and critical updates on the legislative session! Guests will include Senator Rachel Talbot-Ross, Representative Nina Milliken, and other special guests and lawmakers from across Maine who are shaping policy at the State House and beyond. This one-of-a-kind experience invites participants to step into the reality of reentry after incarceration. Through a guided simulation, attendees will navigate real-world barriers such as housing access, employment restrictions, transportation challenges, supervision requirements, and gaps in support systems. The goal is not just to learn about reentry, but to feel the pressure points, trade-offs, and obstacles that justice-impacted Mainers face every day.
