But beyond the headlines and political debate is a deeper conversation about leadership, human dignity, family, business, and the future of our communities.
As Catholic Latino business leaders, we occupy a unique place in this conversation. We understand the importance of hard work, opportunity, family, faith, and building something that lasts. We also recognize that immigration touches the workforce, our communities, our families, and the future of the American economy.
This evening is not a political debate.
It is an opportunity to step beyond the partisan conversation and engage with thoughtful leaders who can help us consider:

- How do economic realities and human dignity intersect?
- What role can business leaders play in strengthening families and communities?
