About this Event
WED SEPT 16 | 11:30AM-1PM | MINNEAPOLIS CLUB
From iconic institutions to neighborhood gems, the Twin Cities has emerged as one of the country's most dynamic culinary destinations.
Join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring three of Minnesota's most respected food voices as they explore how our dining scene has evolved over the past two decades—and where it's headed next. The conversation will be moderated by The Star Tribune's Food and Drink Writer Joy Summers, who has been covering Twin Cities restaurants since 2010.
Panelists include:
Beth Dooley – Award-winning food writer and cookbook author, sharing insights on Minnesota food culture, local agriculture, sustainability, chefs, and the connection between food and place.
Stephanie Hansen – Food broadcaster, podcast host, and lifestyle expert, offering perspectives on dining trends, hospitality, food media, home cooking, travel, and the personalities shaping our culinary community.
Stephanie March – Veteran food journalist and editor, discussing the restaurant industry, emerging chefs, dining trends, and the ever-changing Twin Cities restaurant landscape.
