Kate Moreland is an experienced transformational coach and wellbeing consultant who understands the struggles of career decisions, conscious leadership and the power of authenticity. After a decade of practicing law, Kate recognized she needed to make a change. For the past 12 years she has been leading and coaching others as they embark on a self-awareness journey, uncovering strengths, and learning to listen to their inner voice so they can thrive instead of survive.
She is a Lumia Certified Coach who earned certificates in the Science of Wellbeing and Emotional Intelligence from Yale, and is certified in the mind-body connection. As a natural connector, Kate is the co-host of the TendHER Wild Podcast and co-founder of the Tend Her Resilience Program and Summit. She partners on revolutionary retreats for women designed to help women discover self-compassion, heal the disconnect with our minds and bodies, and realize that we aren’t alone.
