The news. The noise. The sense that we're all talking past each other — or not talking at all. A lot of us are exhausted. Some of us have checked out. And some of us are wondering if hope is still a reasonable thing to hold onto.

This conversation is for all of us

Beyond the Noise: Reclaiming Hope in Our Civic Life is a guided, structured Community Conversation hosted by the Noblesville Diversity Coalition. We'll gather at Noblesville City Hall — a fitting space for exactly this kind of civic renewal — to do something simple and increasingly rare: talk honestly with our neighbors about what we're feeling, what we've lost, and what we still care about.

This is not a debate. There are no experts, no presentations, no sides. Just a room full of people from Noblesville who are willing to show up and be real with each other.

Community Conversations is a chance for our community to listen to and talk with each other. The goal is civil conversation, increased understanding, and widening perspectives that result in a more welcoming and inclusive community.

Every Community Conversation will be facilitated by a trained Table Host and include a conversation guide to help ensure an enjoyable and constructive conversation.
