This full-day immersive workshop weaves together somatic therapy, bioenergetics, Internal Family Systems, breathwork, and guided relational practices to support you in embodying greater confidence, strength, and authenticity in your relationships.
Expect movement, deep emotional inquiry, and meaningful breakthroughs.
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Foundations & Learning Module
An introduction to the Core Energetics methodology—exploring how self-images are formed, how we get caught in the Vicious Circle of self-reinforcing beliefs, and how blocked energy lives in the body.
You’ll begin to identify and dismantle unconscious self-images, understand how they manifest somatically, and develop tools to start releasing them.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break.
1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Experiential Somatic Processing
An embodied, experiential session including energy movement, inner child work, relational exercises, consensual non-sexual touch, grounding, and music.
We will explore how false self-images keep us stuck in limiting patterns, and begin shifting from the Vicious Circle into the Benign Circle—reclaiming choice, authenticity, and self-expression.
Through somatic relational practices, we will explore ways to:
- Reclaim personal sovereignty and move beyond patterns of contraction
- Recognize and release limiting self-images held in the body
- Reframe experiences without reinforcing old narratives
- Cultivate intimacy and connection without self-abandonment
- Express needs clearly and authentically
- Transform reactivity into grounded, empowered response
- Work with anxiety and overwhelm at the somatic level
- Access greater presence, power, and alignment in relationships
This intensive is also well-suited for practitioners interested in integrating somatic approaches into their work. Core Energetics is a spiritual, body-based therapy that supports alignment with your Higher Self, truth, and potential.
