Patrick has worked in the tourism industry for more than 20-years, in North America and New Zealand. He joined Love Taupō in September 2024, heading up a talented team on a mission to increase visitation, length of stay, and support delivery of world-class tourism experiences across the iconic region. With his extensive skills and experience coupled with a love of the outdoors, alpine skiing and running, he was considered a perfect fit for the outdoors centric region.

Master of ceremonies : Philippe Lemonnier is a leadership specialist and Senior Learning and Organizational Development Advisor at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. With prior experience as a Senior Leadership Education Specialist at the East-West Center in Hawaii and founder of Pacific Ventury Corporation in Tahiti, he is known for his innovative approach in human development and leadership across the Asia-Pacific. Philippe has guided numerous organizations, governments, and executives with adaptive, empathic leadership strategies. A seasoned keynote speaker, he has mentored for PRISM Incubator, served on the FrenchTech Polynesia board, and is a member of Island Innovation and the TED community.
