Beyond the Court: Girls Edition

This is a 7-week mentorship-based basketball program by Dream Academy LA created especially for high school girls. This program is designed to go beyond basketball by helping participants grow in skill, confidence, leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

Each week, girls will take part in basketball training, mentorship, and life-building conversations in a positive and empowering environment. Our goal is to use the game of basketball as a tool to help young women strengthen their game while also building character, self-belief, and resilience off the court.

Throughout the program, participants will develop their basketball fundamentals, connect with mentors, and build community with other girls in a supportive space. At the end of the 7 weeks, players will be drafted onto teams and take part in a tournament and award ceremony to celebrate their growth, effort, and achievements.

Time: Tuesdays at 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
