Course Description:
Dental sleep medicine is one of the fastest-growing areas of dentistry. This full-day workshop provides an in-depth exploration of snoring, Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), sleep bruxism, and their associated health implications when left untreated. Designed as a dynamic learning experience, this workshop combines lecture and hands-on practice.
You will learn how to measure the patient’s range of motion, adjust various sleep devices, take the 3-D bite, and make morning repositioners. Each attendee will leave having fitted and worn a provisional sleep device as well as experiencing a level 4 HSAT.
This fast-paced course will raise your awareness of OSA and give you the tools to kickstart OSA screening and testing protocols in your practice.
Attendees are invited to join their dental colleagues for dinner and conversation the evening before the workshop, included in your ticket cost.
