Beyond the Cape: The Healthcare Worker's Recovery Event

Calling all Healthcare Heroes, Single Mothers, and Women in the Trenches.

You spend your days pouring into others, carrying the weight of the world, and wearing a "superwoman" cape that’s starting to feel heavy. We see you. We honor you. And on April 11th, we are creating a space just for you to take it all off.

As a Registered Nurse and founder of Rooted in Purpose, I know firsthand that burnout isn't just about being tired—it’s about losing sight of your "why." This intimate gathering is designed to help 25 incredible women move from Symptom-based Suffering to Value-based Victory.

This isn't just another "self-care" day. It is a mission-driven decompression zone where we address the root of the burnout and help you rediscover your purpose through faith, community, and practical wellness.

We have curated four intentional stations to nourish your body, mind, and spirit:

• The iFlex Zone: Physical decompression and flexibility to release the tension you’ve been carrying.
• The Prayer & Aromatherapy Station: A quiet, sacred space with Rina to ground your spirit and find peace through scent and soul-work.
• The Wealth Ward: Financial wellness with Coach Cindy to help you build a foundation of security and peace.
• The Nutrition Station: Holistic fuel and refreshing drinks provided by Larina Barnes. (Food and drink will be served here)

This event is hosted by Rooted in Purpose, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to healing and empowerment. 100% of the proceeds from this event go directly toward our mission of providing resources for women in our community to thrive.
