Thursday nights are always a blast dancing with you, but we want to go beyond the burn! Life gets hectic, and sometimes it's just a miracle to make it to class, let alone connect. Maybe you're in a season where working out isn't possible, but you still crave connection. That's why we created Beyond the Burn. Intentional time together outside of our workouts on Thursday nights to get to know eachother better!Join us Sunday, June 30th at 4pm. Melinda's is excited to host everyone at her home in Apex for a cookout and fun! Burgers, hotdogs and all the fixins will be provided. Please plan to bring a side or dessert to share.
