Winter Wellness at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts: The Winter Wellness series invites the community to gather for meaningful, soul-refreshing experiences as the new year begins. Focusing on themes of creativity, self-care, and holistic well-being, the classes provide a wide array of activities. Participants can explore creative arts activities that spark imagination, or engage in gentle mind-body practices that nurture both body and spirit. Led by a rotating roster of local artists and wellness practitioners, each session offers a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to health and personal growth.
