BEYOND THE BIRTH PLAN

Beyond the Birth Plan is a collaborative birth education class led by a perinatal chiropractor, pelvic floor physical therapist, and IBCLC. This class goes beyond creating a birth plan to prepare your body, nervous system, and confidence for labor, birth, and early postpartum—through evidence-informed, practical education and support.
