Class Dates: Sundays August 2nd & 9th from 12-4pm

<span class="ql-cursor"></span>Activity Description: Join us for this two-week Beyond the Basics Acrylic Painting Workshop, appropriate for beginners and continuing artists of all levels. Experienced artist Rebecca Whitman will guide you step by step through the process of creating your own unique artwork on a 20X20 inch canvas. Each class session is approximately 4 hours long, for a total of 8 hours of instruction. We recommend bringing a meal/snack and a drink with you to class. Students must register for the full workshop; attendance at individual sessions is not permitted. We recommend this level for teens ages 13 and older and adults. Students must register at least 7 days in advance of the first class session to allow purchase of required materials.

More Information: This level prepares the student to move naturally into our intermediate level classes. We highly recommend that students stay in this level for a significant amount of time before moving up. We ask students to develop a plan with the instructor that is appropriate for their individual growth and comfort level. Our goal is to remove the struggle that can come with trying to advance too quickly and we will work closely with each student to help find the best path to success.
