About this Event
Join HumanitiesDC and community leaders in learning about Latine Drag’s vibrant history and culture in the nation’s capital. José Gutiérrez will bring forth the knowledge of LGBT+ history in the area, while Mari Con Carne will share their own experiences in drag and advocacy work. Alexa Rodriguez will discuss her activist work for the trans community and people living with HIV. Lastly, we will end the discussion with a drag performance by the talented Mari Con Carne.
