In this workshop, we let go of the idea of how yoga and movement should look – and instead start listening to what is actually happening in the body.Through a combination of free and guided movement, you get to explore impulses, resistance, rhythm, and pauses.
Sometimes subtly, sometimes more prominently. Always on your terms.
This is a workshop for those who are curious about what happens when the body gets to lead.
