Beyond Resistance: Building Solidarity Through Movement Lawyering

This will be a gathering of practitioners, organizers, and law professors, working together to envision a way forward given the re-election of Donald Trump, and the fascism from his regime.

We want to contemplate not just how we fight back and defend against the right wing, but how we can further our progressive goals and build up already existing movements.

Discussions will center on avenues of disrupting the current power structure and putting power back in the hands of progressive movements.

This event will seek to inspire hope and empowerment when the future seems dark and uncertain.
