What if your chronic condition became a gateway to deeper wisdom and authentic living? Join me for an intimate and transformative 3.5-hour journey where my personal path with Crohn's disease unfolds into principles that could illuminate your own.
In this sacred morning gathering, I will share how I've transformed my relationship with chronic illness into a source of profound insight and empowerment. Let my story spark new possibilities for your own journey.
What you will experience:
- My honest share about living with chronic conditions - the real challenges and unexpected gifts, my principles of Healing and Living
- Gentle reflection time to acknowledge your journey this past year and current challenges
- Small group sharing where you can be heard without judgment
- Time to imagine and write down your desire list
- A liberating shaking & dance journey - no experience needed, just a willingness to let your body move freely
- Connection with others through authentic sharing
This is a morning to be real, to be seen, and to discover new possibilities. You'll leave with practical insights, a sense of being truly understood, and the energy that comes from moving and expressing freely.
Space is limited to 18 participants to keep our conversations intimate and meaningful.
When: Sunday 19th January 2025 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM
There will be a break of 20 minutes half way through the event.

WHAT TO BRING:
- a yoga mat, a cushion, a blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable on the floor ( I can organise some chairs, please PM me at 04 67 745 019)
- a water bottle
- some snacks that suit your personal needs
- pen and journal / paper
