Led by Frank Peterson of FJ Peterson Solutions, attendees will gain firsthand insight into the development journey while touring two active projects in Muskegon's Midtown District: 1095 3rd Street and 1185 3rd Street. Frank will share the story behind each project, the decisions that shaped them, and the impact they will have on the surrounding neighborhood.
