This is a relaxed, social afternoon at the Lucky You Lounge where you'll get to experience traditional kava - one of the world's oldest social drinks - in good company and with zero pressure.

Kava has been bringing people together for centuries. It eases tension, sparks conversation, and leaves you feeling calm and clear, all without alcohol. If you've ever wished you could take the edge off a social situation without drinking, this is your answer.

We'll guide you through the experience at a comfortable pace, share a bit of the history and culture behind kava, and leave plenty of room for questions and real conversation. Think of it less like a class and more like a gathering with an interesting shared experience at the center.

You'll come away knowing:

• What kava actually is and how it works
• Why it's genuinely different from alcohol - at the nervous system level
• How to use it as part of a healthier social ritual
• ...and of course, you get to experience kava's effects for yourself!
