This evening offers a spacious, sacred container for those drawn to deep meditation, sound as a doorway, and shamanic modes of awareness. Rather than focusing on a specific intention or outcome, this experience is designed to open a listening field — a place where insight, release, and connection can arise naturally.

Shamanic practices invite us beyond linear thinking and into direct experience: sensation, imagery, emotion, and subtle perception. Through sound, breath, stillness, and guided inner exploration, participants are supported in accessing expanded and meditative states where the body, psyche, and spirit can communicate more freely.

The experience will weave together breathwork, gentle movement, drumming, silence, journaling, and an extended sound journey featuring metal Himalayan singing bowls, gong, and handpan. These practices work together to support nervous system regulation, deepen presence, and soften habitual patterns — allowing awareness to move inward and outward with ease.

This space is well-suited for those curious about shamanic work, connecting with inner or spirit realms, and exploring consciousness through non-ordinary states. Each participant’s experience will unfold uniquely and may include deep rest, emotional release, intuitive imagery, clarity, grounding, or simply a profound sense of being held.

Time will be offered for reflection and integration, allowing whatever arises to settle without pressure or interpretation. This container honors curiosity, sovereignty, and the wisdom of the body — trusting that what needs to be experienced will reveal itself.

Solomon Spector – Meditation Teacher & Shamanic Practitioner

Solomon is a meditation teacher, manifestation coach, and former chair of I Meditate Baltimore. His work bridges ancient shamanic wisdom with contemporary consciousness practices, guiding participants into expanded awareness through breath, meditation, and subtle energetic exploration. His facilitation emphasizes grounded presence, inner listening, and respectful engagement with non-ordinary states.
