In this circle, we gather in stillness and sound — not to perform, but to remember.
Humming is one of the most ancient forms of self-soothing, nervous system regulation, and connection. Together, we’ll explore what it means to create inner and outer resonance through sustained tones, breath, silence, and presence.
No singing experience is needed. All bodies and voices are welcome.
Each session may include:

✔️ Guided breath and tone exploration
✔️ Shared group humming in rounds or waves
✔️ Silence, integration, and optional reflection
This is a space for quiet healing, deep listening, and shared vibration.
