United Way of Gordon County is hosting the Bettye Butler Memorial 32nd Annual Unity Run 5K Fundraiser in Downtown Calhoun on Tuesday, September 23rd.
Our annual fundraising event raises money for our Gordon County Community Partner Agencies while providing attendees with a family-friendly community experience. This year’s theme is "Elvis: Running with the King" 5K, and participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite Elvis-themed attire.
Food Trucks, Music, and Giveaways begin at 5 PM.
Race Start is 6:30 PM
The Contest for Best Costume will be held at 5:45 PM in front of the Hamilton Health - Calhoun booth, located on Park Avenue.
Registration: Paper Registration Forms are accepted at the Calhoun Depot from 09/01/25 through 09/19/25,

In-Person Registration 09/19/25 and 09/22/25 from 8 AM to 6:30 PM and 09/23/25 from 8 AM to 6 PM.
Race Registration Fees:
FREE for Kids ages 0-5 (Does not include a T-shirt). Shirts can be purchased for $10.00
$20.00 for Kids ages 6-17 / Price $25.00 09/12/25 to 09/22/25 / Price $30.00 on Race Day (09/23/25)
$30.00 for Adults ages 18+ / Price $35.00 09/12/25 to 09/22/25/ Price $40.00 on Race Day (09/23/25)
Shirt and Bib Pick Up: Calhoun Depot – 109 South King Street, Calhoun, GA 30701
Early Pick-Up: 8 AM to 6:30 PM on 09/19/25 and 09/22/25
Race Day: 09/23/25 from 8 AM to 6 PM
Parking: All race activities can be reached by parking downtown Calhoun, Calhoun-Gordon County Library, Calhoun Middle & High Schools, or the surrounding available lots. The race will start at 6:30 PM and end in front of the Calhoun Depot.
Awards: Overall Top Male & Female / Top Male & Female Runners In Age Divisions / Best Outfit / Most Spirited Team
Finish Line Prize: $500 cash prize will be awarded to one individual who crosses the finish line. All participants who cross the finish line will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win.
