About this Event

Uncover the power of fermentation and make your own delicious herbal sodas to enjoy at home! We'll be covering two techniques to start your probiotic sodamaking journey, and offering some herbs from our own garden to flavour your brews.

Participants will get to:

• Pick up the basics of fermentation
• Understand how to brew and care for natural herbal sodas
• Create a unique soda blend with fresh herbs from the Freestyle Farmers' garden
• Bring home a soda-brewing kit to begin their journey at home
