Better Together Move + Connect - World Mental Health Day

Join us on the second floor of The Forks Market (unit 201) for an unique 90 min movement experience where our lululemon Winnipeg Store Ambassadors, Kristy Carson, Darrell Saria, & Adrienne Shum, will guide us through their favourite ways to play.

We will also have our former Store Ambassador, Steve Ramos, MCing the evening along side our lululemon Winnipeg team members.

Playfulness can significantly reduce stress (National Alliance on Mental Illness) & moving with others reduces the risk of depression by up to 30% (United for Global Mental Health).
